Key Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing customer service support and resolving routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or services
  • Interacting with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or the internet
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing arenaflex's technology and systems to access customer information and resolve issues
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • The ability to read, write, and speak fluently in both Spanish and English
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  • A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing
