About the Role:

As an Experienced Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls, visits, and messages from clients, stores, and partners. You will utilize various systems and tools to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. Your primary goal will be to exceed customer expectations by providing expert, conversational support while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle a high volume of incoming calls, visits, and messages from clients, stores, and partners

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Effective completion of obligatory training
  • Previous customer support experience (1-2 years)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to type at least 25 WPM
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:
