Your primary goal will be to assist customers with product selection, identification, and troubleshooting, ensuring that they have a seamless and satisfying experience with our clients' businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, resolving their queries and concerns
- Troubleshoot common issues and escalate complex problems to supervisors or subject matter experts
- Collaborate with chat supervisors and other team members to ensure seamless customer service
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with product knowledge and best practices
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
