Skiptracer (Auto Finance) – Remote
Skiptracer Are you an experienced auto finance Skiptracer who knows how to locate hard-to-find customers and drive real recoveries? At SAFCO, we’re looking for someone who can go beyond dialing—someone who can investigate, negotiate, and close. What You’ll Do
- Locate customers using advanced skip tracing tools and investigative techniques
- Handle delinquent accounts through inbound/outbound communication
- Negotiate repayment plans and voluntary surrenders
- Experience with dealing with direct recovery agents and national forwarders
- Be comfortable with meeting customer outbound call requirements and meeting other minimum KPI requirements
- Manage the repossession process with vendors
- Maintain strict FDCPA compliance and documentation standards
- Work accounts others can’t resolve
What You Need
- Auto finance collections / skip tracing experience (required)
- Strong understanding of repossession and recovery workflows
- Proven ability to find and engage difficult-to-locate customers
- Solid communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with skip tracing systems, dialers, and loan platforms
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
Work Setup
- Fully remote (U.S.-based)
- 1 week onsite training in Pompano Beach, FL
