About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Team, working remotely from the comfort of your own home. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Recruiting area, identifying and contacting potential candidates for our searches, and analyzing professional profiles in job portals. Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Recruiting area in the identification and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
- Propose new alternatives to identify candidates and improve our current processes
- Manage notices in different job portals and evaluate candidates who apply to them
- Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for our open searches
- Collaborate with our multicultural team to achieve our recruitment goals
Essential Qualifications:
* Proactivity and ability to work in a team
- Marked attention to detail in daily work
- 1+ year of previous work experience (a plus)
- Advanced English level
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in data entry, recruitment, or a related field
- Familiarity with job portals and recruitment software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
