What You'll Be Doing

As a Chat Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for resolving customer technical requests or issues via chat, emails, social media, direct messaging, and other communication channels. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive quick and accurate answers to their questions, and that their issues are resolved with a smile. You will work closely with our team to conduct research, provide solutions, and ensure that customers are satisfied with their experience.

A Typical Day in the Life

* Answer incoming communications from customers via chat, email, social media, and other channels

  • Connect and resolve issues with customers using written communication
  • Conduct research to provide accurate answers and solutions to customers' issues
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences

What You Bring to the Role

* Completed senior high school or equivalent

  • At least 1 year or more customer service experience
  • Strong product or service knowledge and ability to apply and explain it to customers
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software
  • Willingness to work within Santa Rosa, Laguna
