Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner through phone, email, and chat, ensuring comprehensive information is provided about our services and products.
  • Engaging in limited inside sales responsibilities, without the need for cold calling, to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Preparing, submitting, and following up on product proposals and customer inquiries promptly to meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Efficiently managing orders and securing proof approvals while providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Conducting onboarding calls for new clients to facilitate a seamless transition to our services and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Tracking and managing client cases for our loyalty program, ensuring accuracy and timely updates to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitoring customer orders and product shipments while promptly resolving any issues that arise, striving for swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Performing additional tasks as required to support team objectives and drive business growth.

Qualifications
