Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our digital databases. You will be responsible for inputting data, updating order statuses, and performing various administrative tasks to support our customers and internal teams. Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Data Entry and Management: Inputting data from paper documents into digital spreadsheets, updating order statuses, and verifying the accuracy of data to ensure high-quality results.
  • Customer Support: Providing exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that customer needs are met.
  • Data Analysis and Research: Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents, analyzing data for deficiencies or errors, and correcting any incompatibilities.
  • Report Generation and Storage: Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations to ensure data security and integrity.
  • Document Scanning and Printing: Scanning documents and printing files as needed to support our customers and internal teams.
  • Data Program Techniques and Procedures: Applying data program techniques and procedures to ensure efficient and accurate data entry.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong Computer Skills: Excellent computer skills, including touch typing and database management tools.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think analytically, identify problems, and develop effective solutions.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy and quality in your work.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in Data Entry: Previous experience in a data entry role, with a strong understanding of data entry techniques and procedures.

  • Database Management: Experience with database management tools, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Customer Service: Previous experience in customer service, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer experiences.
