As a 100% remote role, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere within a one-hour radius of Philadelphia, PA 19103. Role Overview

As a Customer Service Representative - Medicare, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and more. Your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and empathetic nature will enable you to provide top-notch support and resolve complex issues efficiently. This is a 3-month contract-to-hire role, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner

  • Resolve claims, benefits, enrollment, and other issues related to Medicare services
  • Utilize multiple systems simultaneously to navigate customer information and resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Adhere to arenaflex's quality standards and service level agreements
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Call Center Customer Service experience with a focus on inbound calls (no telesales)

  • Excellent Customer Focused competencies, with a strong service-oriented mindset
  • Empathy and strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex messages over the phone
  • Ability to navigate through multiple systems at a time
  • Must score 80% or above on eSkills test

Preferred Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of customer service experience/call center experience

  • Healthcare industry experience, particularly in Medicare
  • Previous call center customer service experience (inbound calls)
  • Medical background or related experience
