Experienced Product Tester – In-Home Usage Testing and Market Research

We are currently seeking experienced Product Testers to join our team of independent contractors and work from home nationwide in the US.

Job Summary
As a Product Tester at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, testing new products and services in the American market. You will be responsible for documenting In-Home Usage Tests, taking care of the product being tested, and providing feedback through questionnaires, online or mobile feedback, and reviews. This is a flexible and part-time opportunity that allows you to work around your own schedule and earn a competitive hourly pay rate.
Key Responsibilities
* Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
- Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly
- Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
- Some In-Home Usage Tests projects may require participants to use arenaflex's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses)
- Participate in private chat rooms opened by market research firms to discuss the product being tested
- Write reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project
Requirements
* Ability to follow specific instructions
- Excellent attention to detail and curious spirit
- Ability to work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine
- Access to a computer and a reliable internet connection
- Access to a digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures
- Honesty and reliability
- Good communication skills
- 18 years or older
