We're seeking an Experienced Bilingual Customer Engagement Representative to join our Roadrunner's Servicing Center in Irving, Texas. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle an average of 80 inbound and outbound calls per day, providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and concerns.

• Process phone payments and communicate with customers regarding their powersports loan.
• Conduct outbound customer interview calls to gather information and resolve customer issues.
• Communicate and resolve customer issues via online chat channel, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience.
• Resolve common customer concerns regarding their powersports loan, providing clear and concise explanations and solutions.
• Meet monthly productivity and quality goals, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Comply with all federal and state-specific laws that regulate collections and servicing activities.

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or GED required, with some college coursework a plus.

• Preferably two years of Customer Service experience, ideally in auto finance or an installment loan portfolio. Collection experience is a plus.
• Requires a minimum of 2 years related customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of Word and Excel.
• Able to master the use of web-based system of record (LoanPro) – Training Provided.
• Strong communication skills both verbally and written, as roles are a combination of phone and communicating through chat. Bi-Lingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Excellent "people" skills and a strong customer service attitude, with the ability to demonstrate problem-solving ability.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, which may include some overtime, some nights, weekends, and holidays; Honest with a strong work ethic, unscheduled absences are rare, always punctual.
