Key Responsibilities
As a Work from Home Contractor at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to Fortune 500 companies through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and email responses
- Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing your language skills to communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish
- Working independently to manage your schedule and prioritize tasks
- Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences and high-quality service delivery
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support
Schedule and Flexibility
* Majority of work hours are during weekdays and daytime
- Opportunity to create a work schedule that works best for you, with flexibility to adjust as needed
- Ability to work from home, with a quiet and secure workspace
Earnings and Revenue
* Contract earnings vary by client, with rates ranging from $17 to $20 per hour
- Pay is determined by your phone call status when assisting customers
- Additional incentives available based on client and performance metrics
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Proven track record in customer service and delivering outstanding customer care
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Friendly, empathetic tone, and professional demeanor

- Proficient in using technology, including computer applications and software
Technology and Equipment Requirements
* Quiet and secure work environment during working hours
- Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
- Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
- High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity (mobile home internet and satellite internet services are not permitted)
- Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
- Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
- Smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad required for program work, along with an authentication app

Contractual Relationship
* The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship.
- You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment.
- arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex.
- When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
