As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, while also collaborating with our management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies. Responsibilities

As a key member of our virtual team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Booking appointments with clients to discuss their coverage options and provide personalized support
  • Collaborating with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
  • Engaging with clients in a friendly and professional manner, while actively listening to their concerns and providing solutions
  • Offering support and solutions to customers in accordance with arenaflex's customer service policies

  • A flexible schedule that allows you to work from home
  • Good people skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
