Responsibilities: Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to promote mental health and well-being. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client needs. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate client progress. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care and support. Provide crisis intervention and support as needed. Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices. Participate in community outreach and educational programs to promote mental health awareness. Requirements: Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. Current and valid DC license as a Mental Health Therapist. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting. Strong knowledge of therapeutic modalities and mental health disorders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compassionate demeanor and a commitment to client-centered care. Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
