Summary: The Cash Posting Downloading Specialist is responsible for accessing client bank and credit card portals to download daily paper check lockbox deposit files, credit card batch files, and ACH reports. This role supports the daily operations of the Cash Posting team by ensuring all required files are downloaded accurately and on time so downstream posting activities can begin without delay. The work performed in this position is essential to the team’s day‑to‑day operations. This is a Part-Time position, Monday through Friday, 5 hours per day. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Log into client bank portals to download daily paper check lockbox deposit files Download and organize daily credit card batch files and ACH reports Ensure all required files are downloaded accurately and made available to the cash posting team each day Follow established procedures for file naming, storage, and distribution Identify and report missing, incomplete, or delayed files to the appropriate team members Maintain confidentiality and comply with security policies when handling financial and client data Support early‑morning operational workflows by working an earlier schedule as required Communicate proactively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations Perform additional related duties as assigned Skills/Experience Required: Education: High school diploma or equivalent required Basic computer proficiency required Experience navigating bank and credit card portals preferred Experience working with PDF applications and Microsoft Excel preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow established procedures and meet daily deadlines Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, dependable, and consistent attendance Ability to independently manage all aspects of the job role including required goals and business practices in a remote environment Physical Requirements: Ability to talk, hear, and see clearly to read and interpret information Regular use of a computer, phone, and standard office equipment May be required to travel for business purposes Ability to secure confidential information Perform all duties in a professional environment free of noise or anything that would create a negative customer experience Work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential function of this job.
