Finch Legal Looking for a Lead Paralegal with 10+ years of experience to join our rapidly growing legal tech startup. The ideal candidate is a solutions-oriented, proactive, and adaptable leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage a high volume of personal injury cases. You will be a key player in managing relationships with our partner law firms and ensuring cases progress smoothly from start to finish. We need a systems thinker who is excited to build and refine processes at a company backed by Sequoia and Redpoint. What will you be doing? Serve as the primary liaison for 8-12 partner law firms, managing all communications and case updates. Manage a high-volume caseload of 120-220+ active pre-litigation personal injury cases simultaneously. Oversee and direct a pod of case managers who support your caseload across different verticals (e.g., medical records retrieval, police reports). Conduct daily case reviews, triage, and prioritization to ensure all deadlines are met and cases move efficiently. Prepare and review demand packages, ensuring quality and accuracy before they are sent back to the partner attorney.
