Responsibilities As a Live Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Handling a high volume of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns * Providing product information and answering questions about our clients' services, helping to build trust and rapport with customers * Scheduling appointments and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review * Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, ensuring that our clients have a clear understanding of customer preferences and concerns * Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and developments * Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional customer service Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus!) * Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change * A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills * The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service * A strong understanding of the importance of customer service and a passion for helping others Requirements * Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin * Must own your own computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone * Must be able to attend four weeks of paid, remote training via Zoom, Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM EDT * Must be able to work five days a week, including a Saturday or Sunday Benefits As a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Competitive hourly rate of $13.00 per hour * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) matching, dental insurance, health insurance, and vision insurance * On-the-job training and support to help you succeed in your role * Referral program and other incentives to recognize and reward your hard work and dedication Work Environment As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
