Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time, work-from-home basis. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing white-glove service to our high-profile clientele through the fulfillment of requests, including but not limited to dining reservations, ticket purchases, and flower requests. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, have excellent communication skills, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured call center environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to high-profile clientele through the fulfillment of requests

  • Work in a fast-paced, structured call center environment servicing customers through inbound and outbound virtual channels (phone, chat, and email)
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to resolve issues and meet customer needs
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 2 years of customer service experience required
  • 1 year of Call Center experience required
  • Prior experience in the Hospitality or Travel industries preferred
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening, which includes a drug screen and criminal background check
  • Must be able to work full-time, including afternoons and weekends
  • Must be able to work from home with a private, lockable office space and high-speed internet access (minimum 25 mbps download / 5 mbps upload)
  • Must be able to navigate multiple systems simultaneously and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, hospitality)

  • Experience working in a call center environment with a high volume of customer interactions
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with data entry and record-keeping
  • Fluency in multiple languages (e.g. Spanish, French, Mandarin)

Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate starting at $18.00/hour

  • Potential to earn a monthly bonus
  • $2.00/hour shift differential for all hours worked after 7pm ET
  • Full-time, 8-hour shifts, permanent
