Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our store partners and customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with ease, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and build trust.

Key Responsibilities

* Answering incoming calls from store partners and customers, providing timely and effective support to resolve their queries and concerns

  • Creating and managing tickets for help and follow-up purposes, ensuring accurate and detailed documentation
  • Conducting basic research to resolve customer issues, using available resources and tools
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, using our CRM system
  • Handling incoming emails and other communication channels, responding promptly and professionally
  • Collaborating with internal teams, such as operations and logistics, to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or retail environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with ease
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other software applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
