Job Summary

As an Online Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our online booking customers and potential customers via email, phone, and online chat. You'll be responsible for resolving product/service problems, conducting quality assurance reviews, and providing sales coaching and development to enhance your skills and career growth. If you're a self-motivated, team-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we want you to join our team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Communicate with online booking customers and potential customers via email, phone, and online chat to resolve their inquiries and concerns

  • Help customers navigate our websites and book events online, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience
  • Resolve product/service problems by:

+ Clarifying the customer's complaint + Determining the cause of the problem + Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem + Expediting correction or adjustment + Following up to ensure resolution

  • Conduct regular quality assurance reviews of our websites to ensure the accuracy of the online booking tool
  • Participate in sales coaching and development to enhance your ability to provide exemplary service and product solutions to our customers through up-selling package add-ons and upgrades
  • Perform other customer service duties as assigned

Supervisory Responsibilities

This is a non-supervisory role, and you'll be working independently to provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma required; 2-4 year college degree preferred
  • Minimum of one (1) year customer service experience in a call center, hospitality/restaurant, or corporate setting; or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Self-motivation, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well on a team
  • Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Receptivity to coaching and feedback, with a desire to meet/exceed goals and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate computer skills, including the ability to navigate multiple windows and online web applications, and utilize search tools to find information
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook
