Job Summary

As an Email Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to customers via live chat, email, and social media. Your primary focus will be on addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating matters to the appropriate contact when necessary. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and helpful responses
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets for customer satisfaction, first response time, and issue resolution

Essential Qualifications

  • Ability to follow provided steps and instructions closely
  • Reliable internet connectivity and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • 5+ hours availability per week (flexible scheduling available)

* Previous customer service experience (not required but a plus)

  • Familiarity with live chat software and social media platforms
  • Strong typing skills (minimum 40 wpm)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
