Key Responsibilities
As an Overnight Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Providing live chat support to customers through our chat application, addressing inquiries related to pricing, refunds, and promotions.
* Logging into our chat application each night and interacting with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved effectively and efficiently.
* Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, enhancing their experience with prompt and accurate responses that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support.

Contract Length and Rate
