Job Summary

As a Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and professional support via our live chat platform. Key Responsibilities

As a Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support or technical support role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficiency in using live chat platforms and customer service software.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for helping others.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
