We're seeking an experienced Instagram Chat Assistant to join our team and provide top-notch customer support and sales assistance to our clients' customers. As a remote worker, you'll be responsible for managing direct messages on business Instagram accounts, answering questions about products, shipping, and returns using a provided FAQ document. Key Responsibilities

* Manage direct messages on business Instagram accounts, responding to customer inquiries and providing timely support

  • Answer questions about products, shipping, and returns using a provided FAQ document
  • Utilize live chat functions on businesses' websites and social media accounts to handle customer support questions and sales inquiries
  • Work independently, following provided steps and instructions to ensure seamless customer support
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, resolving issues efficiently and effectively
  • Collaborate with our team to share best practices and improve customer support processes

Essential Qualifications

* 10+ hours of availability per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts

  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • Ability to work independently, following provided steps and instructions
