We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Live Chat Support Specialist to join our Computerization Development team, focused on the development, deployment, and optimization of our conversational AI platform.

Job Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Live Chat Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of customer experience at arenaflex. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the development and implementation of conversational AI solutions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy conversational AI solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
  • Analyzing customer data and feedback: Use data analytics and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform the development of new conversational AI capabilities.
  • Working with engineers, data scientists, and product managers: Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement conversational AI solutions that meet business requirements and customer needs.
  • Defining and prioritizing product requirements: Work with stakeholders to define and prioritize product requirements, ensuring that our conversational AI solutions meet the needs of our customers.
  • Testing and optimizing conversational AI solutions: Collaborate with testing teams to ensure that our conversational AI solutions meet quality and performance standards, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicating with stakeholders: Clearly communicate the benefits and value of our conversational AI solutions to stakeholders, including customers, business leaders, and technical teams.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field: A strong foundation in computer science, software engineering, or a related field is essential for this role.
  • Experience with conversational AI development: A proven track record of developing conversational AI solutions, including experience with natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: The ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for improvement is critical for this role.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills: The ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams is essential.
  • A passion for innovation and customer experience: A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences through innovative technology and personalized service is critical for this role.

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field: A master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field is highly desirable.

  • Experience with cloud-based platforms: Experience with cloud-based platforms, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure, is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of NLP and ML technologies: Knowledge of NLP and ML technologies, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras, is highly desirable.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies: Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban, is highly desirable.
