Tutor Coordinator / Recruiter (Remote Florida)
About Us: Club Z! is a nationally recognized tutoring company providing personalized in-home and online tutoring. We match students with qualified tutors and focus on delivering a seamless, high-quality experience for families. Position Overview: We are hiring a Tutor Coordinator who will also assist with interviewing and onboarding tutors. This is a fast-paced role where you’ll manage tutor placements while helping build and maintain a strong tutor network. You will be responsible for both filling student requests quickly and screening/interviewing tutors to ensure quality. Key Responsibilities:
- Match students with qualified tutors based on subject, availability, and location
- Coordinate schedules between families and tutors
- Conduct phone/Zoom interviews with tutor candidates
- Evaluate candidates and move qualified tutors through onboarding
- Communicate via phone, text, and email to confirm placements
- Follow up on leads and ensure fast turnaround times
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Troubleshoot scheduling issues and reschedules
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills (must be comfortable interviewing candidates)
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities at once
- Fast response time — this role moves quickly
- Comfortable with basic tech (Outlook Tools, CRM tools, scheduling platforms)
- Experience in recruiting, scheduling, or coordination preferred
- Education or tutoring industry experience is a plus
- Must be based in Florida
Schedule:
- Flexible hours (afternoons/evenings preferred)
- Some weekend responsiveness is a plus
