Role Summary Act as the technical owner of the Flexera platform, is responsible for operating, configuring, and continuously improving the Flexera tooling landscape (Flexera One / ITAM / ITV / SaaS Manager, Beacons, Agents, integrations, and App Broker) to enable accurate inventory, license, and cost allocation outcomes for Software Asset Management (SAM) and related stakeholders. This role combines deep technical expertise with technical leadership and governance. Key Technical Responsibilities Technical Integrations  Design, configure, and maintain integrations with: o VMware / vCenter o ServiceNow o SCCM o Intune o Active Directory  Hands-on experience operating or implementing Flexera tooling (Flexera One and/or FlexNet Manager Suite / ITAM / ITV / SaaS Manager). o General IT knowledge preferred, like registry updates, network changes, etc  Design, develop, and maintain Flexera Business Adapters (inventory and business adapters).  Create and customize XML, SQL, and PowerShell–based adapters to ingest data from custom sources.  Configure, support, and maintain App Broker (catalog support, workflows, notifications, and operational troubleshooting).  Perform adapter mapping, staging table validation, and reconciliation with Flexera data models.  Troubleshoot data ingestion, adapter failures, and reconciliation issues.  Customize rules for installations, usage, exemptions, and allocations. Technical Leadership  Review and approve technical configurations and analyst outputs.  Define technical standards, documentation, and operating procedures.  Act as escalation point for complex Flexera technical issues. Technical Skills & Experience  6 + years of ITAM/SAM experience with strong Flexera hands-on expertise.  Deep knowledge of Flexera architecture, inventory beacons, and adapters.  Strong SQL and data analysis skills.  Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and data integrations.  Strong understanding of SAM/ITAM concepts, including software inventory and license data management.  Preferred Certifications- o Certified IT Visibility Operator o Certified Flexera One SaaS Management Operator o Certified Flexera One SaaS Management Technical Consultant o Certified IT Asset Management Operator o Certified IT Visibility Administrator o Certified Cloud Cost Optimization Administrator About Accenture Accenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth and enhance citizen services—creating tangible value at speed and scale.
