About this Role Ampacity is seeking someone to handle project coordination for the sales team. You'll sit in on sales calls, capture what customers need, and make sure those commitments actually get executed across the company—whether that's with operations, logistics, design, or other departments. You're the link between what we sell and what we deliver. In solar construction, missed details or poor handoffs cost real money and time. Your job is to prevent that—tracking action items, following up with the right people, and making sure customer-specific requirements don't get lost in translation. You're juggling multiple accounts at once, each moving at different speeds with different priorities. It requires strong organizational skills and the ability to hold people accountable without being annoying about it. You need to know what's urgent, what can wait, and when something needs to be escalated The role is 100% remote. Pay Range: $75,000 - $80,000

What You'll Do

Attend business development calls and capture action items for the internal team Prioritize and distribute notes to appropriate stakeholders Track action items through completion to ensure customer deliverables are met Initiate sales and engineering tasks for new solar opportunities Coordinate with sales and engineering to ensure estimates are accurate, complete, and delivered on time Create and manage opportunities, estimates, and sales actions in NetSuite Manage pipeline forecasting and reporting in NetSuite Support the sales team with customer outreach, meeting scheduling, and day-to-day tasks Attend tradeshows and customer visits with the sales team Update NetSuite with customer TAM information as needed What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or Business 1–2 years of experience in marketing, customer service, or sales Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with strong documentation abilities Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook) and comfortable learning new systems like NetSuite What You'll Get Competitive pay and 401k — because your work should be rewarded fairly Time off you'll actually use: vacation, sick days, holidays, parental, and bereavement leave Full medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus extra support when you need it Wellness resources to help you show up as your best self, at work and at home Real room to grow — we promote from within and invest in your development Equal Opportunity Employer All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment and will not be discriminated against on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin or ancestry, sex (including gender, pregnancy, sexual orientation, and/or gender identity), age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, and/or any other basis protected by applicable federal, state or local law.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability and protected veteran status.
