As we continue to expand our AI-driven capabilities, we are looking for a motivated Machine Learning Engineer (m/w/d) to bring machine learning models into production and enable scalable, high-quality solutions across our platform. Deine Aufgaben Implement machine learning models as scalable backend services following our development and security guidelines Collaborate closely with Data Scientists to bring models from concept to production Continuously improve and optimize machine learning models in production Translate customer requirements into effective and scalable ML solutions Design and implement secure APIs and backend components Develop and maintain data access layers (e.g. MS SQL, Elasticsearch) Ensure high standards of quality, performance, and security Contribute to technical specifications and architecture decisions Was du mitbringst Hard Skills & Experiences +5 years of experience in Python and backend development (e.g. APIs, services) Experience with machine learning models and their production deployment Knowledge of MS SQL and working with large datasets Experience with microservices and container-based architectures Solid understanding of software design patterns and data structures Basic understanding of software security Experience with C# is a plus Soft Skills We value mindset as much as skillsetTeam-oriented and comfortable working across disciplines (Data Science, Dev, Product) Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset Hands-on, proactive, and solution-driven Passion for building scalable and high-quality software Eager to learn and continuously improve Unser Angebot Great team spirit – Work with colleagues who make collaboration fun and always have each other’s backs.
