Senior Data Scientist, Experimentation

At PayPal, we are looking for a Senior Data Scientist, Experimentation who can take our experimentation strategies to the next level. The successful candidate will be a highly analytical problem-solver who is comfortable working with large datasets and has a passion for leveraging data to drive business decisions.Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with a track record of success in a fast-paced environment. They will have a deep understanding of experimentation methodologies and demonstrate a commitment to staying up to date with advances in the data science field. The Senior Data Scientist will be comfortable functioning in a highly collaborative environment, working closely with stakeholders across the organization to develop and execute experiments.The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a data science role, specifically in the areas of experimentation and analysis• Proficiency with statistical programming languages such as Python, R, SAS, SPSS, or STATA• Proficiency in using data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI• An advanced degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, economics, computer science, mathematics, or a related field• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skillsIf you have a passion for data and the ability to deliver high-impact results, then we want to hear from you!
