• *Duties
• Engage with pre-qualified leads provided by the company to identify customer needs and present solutions
• Conduct follow-up communications via phone, email, or in person to nurture relationships and close sales
• Demonstrate product features and benefits clearly to educate prospects and facilitate decision-making
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, sales activities, and customer preferences in the CRM system
• Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing conversion rates and expanding customer base
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process
• Achieve or surpass individual sales targets consistently while contributing to team goals
• *Requirements
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a lively and engaging demeanor
• Ability to quickly understand product offerings and articulate value propositions effectively
• Strong organizational skills to manage follow-ups and maintain accurate records
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward reaching goals and overcoming challenges
