The Account Executive, Asia serves as a frontline representative for Amplify’s international business, responsible for expanding the adoption of Amplify’s K–12 literacy, math, and science programs across diverse school systems in the Asia region. This role delivers high-quality, consultative engagements with school and network leadership to surface instructional needs, align Amplify’s solutions to those needs, and ultimately support improved student learning outcomes. Success requires deep product expertise, regional market awareness, and the ability to translate complex pedagogical offerings into clear value propositions for educators and institutional buyers. The Account Executive drives new business and renewals by researching market trends, competitive landscapes, and funding pathways; developing and managing a healthy pipeline; and consistently meeting quarterly and annual revenue targets. The role builds enduring relationships with curriculum leaders, principals, department heads, and other stakeholders, and collaborates closely with the Regional Director to design and execute market-appropriate sales campaigns. This position contributes directly to Amplify’s mission to empower teachers and students worldwide and plays a critical role in scaling Amplify’s footprint across the Asia region. Essential Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain expertise in Amplify’s products.
  • Deliver high quality, consultative discussions to identify customer needs and align Amplify’s products and services to address those needs.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the educational marketplace, industry trends, funding developments, and Amplify products
  • Build and nurture relationships with Curriculum Directors, Principals, Department Heads, etc.
  • Research education trends, competition, and funding sources to strategically drive new sales.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting of pipeline, forecasts, and territory activities.
  • Develop and maintain a full business pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Implement effective campaigns within the assigned region in collaboration with the Regional Director.

Required Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.
  • 3+ years successful direct sales experience in the K-12 education market.
  • Advanced proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking, to meet the communication demands of this role.
  • Proficiency in leading videoconference calls and delivering clear, engaging discussions and presentations in a virtual environment.
  • Must reside in East Asia or Southeast Asia.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven knowledge of diagnostic assessment in Reading and Math, core curriculum in Math, ELA and Science.
  • Understanding of US Common Core and Next Generation Science Standards and/or IB Education Framework.
  • Experience selling to international schools within the assigned region.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
