The National Business Development-Retail Recruiter will achieve loan officer infill objectives for the growth of our branch network and will develop new markets through branch acquisition objectives.   • Communicates consistently with Regional, Area, and Branch Managers to determine growth needs in given markets.
  • Establishes contact with potential candidates nationwide or as otherwise directed in target markets.
  • Builds relationships with other industry professionals that can be a conduit to candidates.
  • Attracts candidates through a variety of methods including, cold calls, video messaging, emails, data base development, geographic farming, CRM campaigns, LinkedIn messages, other social media broadcasting, video posting in social streams, conferences, in person meetings, and other methods to make contact with candidates.
  • Utilize recruiting CRM to input all leads and activity on each recruit in the database.
  • Consistently communicates new recruiting opportunities and leads on weekly calls.
  • Follows up with candidates in a timely manner.
  • Manages activity to daily, weekly, monthly benchmarks.
  • Determines and understands the full scope of qualified candidates.
  • Directs and arranges next steps until on-boarded such as discovery calls with management, facilities in person meetings, round table sessions and a warm pass off to branch support for on-boarding transition steps.
  • Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High school or equivalent, College diploma preferred.
  • Mortgage industry knowledge preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of recruiting and interviewing experience.

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Skilled at multi-tasking and keeping organized
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strict time deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to present in a professional manner
