Summary

Of Job Develops and implements talent acquisition sourcing plans to support various business functions. Handles all facets of the recruiting process, including interviewing, skill assessment, candidate evaluation, applicant tracking and referrals, on-boarding, posting job ads on the company's website, social media channels, and relevant, diverse job boards to drive Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) strategy, engagement, employer branding, and culture consistent with company mission, vision, and values.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements talent acquisition sourcing plans for the specific client groups. Manages all facets of the recruiting process including sourcing, interviewing, skill assessment, candidate evaluation, applicant tracking and referrals, on-boarding, advertising, and attending local recruiting events; Develops industry contacts to source qualified candidates.
  • Interviews and assesses candidates’ qualifications using behavioral/competency-based assessment tools; presents qualified candidates to hiring managers and assists them with the selection of the candidate, within prescribed timeframe.
  • Works in partnership with Compensation Team to meet Client’s request for job description and salary recommendations.
  • Defines and implements process improvements to enhance the recruiting process and develop best practices to effectively support the changing environment.
  • Works with the organization’s leadership team to develop Talent Acquisition strategies and establish recruitment priorities.
  • Regular attendance is essential function of the job. Performs other duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree, concentration in Human Resources, Organizational Development preferred
  • Minimum 4-6 years of professional work experience in Human Resources, emphasis in Recruitment, Metrics Reporting and Consultative roles (Required)
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (R); experience with Taleo Applicant Tracking (Preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Access, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) (Required)
  • Ability to analyze data and create and manipulate reports/worksheets (Required)
  • Self-motivated person with excellent time management skills (Required)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate results (Required)
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team, to work across organizational boundaries to achieve shared goals, and to leverage the expertise and information of others (Required)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to express ideas in a clear, well-organized, and analytically sound manner (Required)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision (Required)

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of New York, NY. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
