Position Overview We are currently seeking attorney's with books of business for an M&A with our firm. If you are open to selling your existing BoB, merging, or joining our firm, we'd like to speak with you!
Key Responsibilities
- We are open to all practice areas practice areas.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active bar license in good standing.
- 5+ years of experience in legal practice, with a focus on anything except Insurance Defense.
- Demonstrated skills in litigation and negotiation.
- Existing book of business or client relationships is preferred.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
