Telemedicine Mid-Level Provider - Addiction Medicine - Multiple Licenses Preferred
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Addiction and Psychiatric Medicine Practice 100% Telemedicine Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time License: NY AND NJ REQUIRED Reports to: Sunil Saxena, MD Medical Director and Owner Position Overview: We are a patient focused practice passionate about providing excellent care to our patients.. Must enjoy treating patients and providing a great patient experience. We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Mid-Level Provider (NP or PA) to join our dynamic team at an established addiction medicine practice. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals struggling with substance use disorders and will be an essential part of our multidisciplinary team. This position offers the opportunity to provide direct patient care, contribute to treatment planning, and support patients on their journey to recovery. Position Highlights:
- 100% telemedicine
- We operate in VA, WV, OH, NJ, NY, MS, KS, AL, AZ, TX, CO, IL and WA - multiple licenses a plus
- Ability to conduct OUD evaluation and treatment REQUIRED
- DEA required
- Experience with addiction medicine and psychiatric patients required
- Must be able to quickly and efficiently see patients

- Start two days a week and increase to full-time if desired
- 1099 independent contractor, compensation negotiable
- See six patients an hour with a full assistant supportQualifications:
- Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with an active and unrestricted license to practice in Virginia
- Certification in addiction medicine or a related field preferred (or willingness to pursue)
- Current DEA registration for prescribing controlled substances
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in addiction medicine and psychiatry
- Experience with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
- Strong knowledge of substance use disorders, evidence-based treatments, and therapeutic modalities.
