About the Role

We are currently building a talent pipeline for upcoming Testing & Commissioning projects in the power and electrical systems domain. We are seeking experienced professionals across multiple levels who can support commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical infrastructure and control systems. This is an excellent opportunity to be considered for upcoming large-scale projects in substations, transmission, and distribution systems. Open Positions May Include:

  • Lead Commissioning Engineer
  • Senior Commissioning Engineer
  • Commissioning Engineer
  • Senior Technician
  • Test Technician
  • Assistant Technician

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform functional testing and troubleshooting of control systems
  • Test and validate communication-based systems
  • Conduct relay testing, settings validation, and troubleshooting
  • Work with primary and secondary electrical systems
  • Support commissioning of transformers, protection systems, transmission lines, and feeders
  • Identify and resolve system errors, discrepancies, and performance issues
  • Configure and operate electrical test equipment (primary and secondary)
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Required Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or related field
  • Relevant experience in testing & commissioning (2–15+ years depending on role level)
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Protection & control schemes
  • Electrical equipment operation and ratings
  • Relay logic and settings

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with IEC 61850 / GOOSE / Ethernet-based systems
  • Familiarity with automation platforms and SCADA systems
  • NETA certification (for technician-level roles)
  • Experience working on substations or utility-scale projects
