- Advise both enrolled and prospective students on academic programs and curricula.
- Analyze and process degree plans, graduation applications, grade changes, and petitions.
- Maintain and update student files and academic records.
- Handle requests for readmission and financial aid reinstatements; provide retention services for students on probation.
- Assist in orientation sessions and recruitment efforts, including outreach to high school and community college students.
- May coordinate work of entry-level academic advisors.
- Requires a thorough understanding of analytical or professional disciplines, typically obtained via a relevant 4-year degree or equivalent specialized training.
- Minimum of three years of directly related job experience required.
- Salary range provided: $43,000 - $48,900.
- Position is security sensitive and requires a criminal history check.
