You'll be responsible for sourcing and procuring raw materials, components, and services to keep the production floor running. You'll manage and develop supplier relationships, lead commercial negotiations, and proactively qualify new vendors to keep the supply chain sharp. This role would suit a Buyer or Procurement Specialist from a manufacturing background who wants hybrid, overtime, training and a clear path to progress. The Role:
- Procurement responsibility across raw materials, components, and services for a busy manufacturing facility
- Lead supplier negotiations on pricing, terms, and contracts with real authority to drive commercial outcomes
- Proactively qualify and onboard new suppliers to strengthen supply chain resilience
- Hybrid working 3 days onsite, 2 days from home per week
