Overview: Preferred experience with PeopleSoft HR and healthcare systems is highly valued. Work Location: Remote (must reside in an authorized state: FL, GA, MO, PA, SC, NC, TN, or TX) Plays a critical role in enhancing organizational efficiency by analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for ERP system improvements. Collaborates with stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements and facilitates communication between technical teams and business units to ensure project alignment. Validates system configurations, supports user acceptance testing, and monitors ERP performance to optimize functionality. Provides training to end-users and prepare comprehensive reports to keep management informed of project status and risks. Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improving ERP system efficiency and performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate detailed business requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
  • Validate ERP system configurations and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Monitor ERP system performance and recommend enhancements to optimize functionality.
  • Provide training and support to end users to ensure effective system adoption.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports to management on project status, system performance, and potential risks.

Qualifications: Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience supporting PeopleSoft HR, Financial, and Supply Chain applications
  • Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience enhancing ERP system functionality and improving operational efficiency.
  • Proven ability to gather and analyze complex business requirements and facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams.
  • Expertise in ERP system validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and performance monitoring.
  • Experience delivering end-user training and preparing detailed reports for management.
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills.
