Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly

  • Background in health care, warehouse worker, delivery drivers, customer service, or a related field
