Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurately entering and updating customer information into our database, ensuring that all data is current and correct.
  • Managing and maintaining customer records, including addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to the relevant teams.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Assisting with generating reports and analyzing data for accuracy and completeness, using data management software and CRM systems.
  • Handling sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity, adhering to arenaflex's data protection policies and procedures.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in data entry or customer service roles, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a keen eye for spotting errors and inconsistencies.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with data management software and CRM systems.
