Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
• Resolving customer complaints by determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution
• Managing customer accounts, including processing orders and returns
• Providing detailed information about products and services
• Building sustainable relationships with customers through open and interactive communication
• Assisting customers with technical issues, guiding them step-by-step through troubleshooting
• Recording and managing detailed records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience in customer service or related fields (preferred)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently
• Proficiency in using computers and navigating various software programs
• High-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
• Ability to handle stressful situations and provide effective solutions
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including some weekends and holidays

Essential Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required
