As a Product Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in our In-Home Usage Testing (IHUT) program, providing valuable insights to our clients about their products and services. Key Responsibilities

As a Product Support Specialist, your main duties will include:

  • Properly documenting In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
  • Taking care of the product being tested and using it responsibly
  • Reading and strictly following the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
  • Participating in private chat rooms opened by market research firms to discuss products being tested
  • Writing reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project
  • Utilizing MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses)

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Ability to follow specific instructions
  • Excellent attention to detail and curious spirit
  • Ability to work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine
  • Access to a computer and a reliable internet connection
  • Access to a digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures
  • Honesty and reliability
  • Good communication skills (an asset)
  • 18 years or older
