Job Summary

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers using our client's food ordering app, handling inquiries, concerns, and providing information through inbound and outbound phone calls. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers in placing online orders and providing support through phone calls
• Processing payments securely and proactively supporting customers to maintain brand reputation
• Identifying and escalating priority issues to ensure timely resolution
• Collaborating with the team to improve customer support and maintain high service quality

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field
• At least 6 months of experience in customer support, with a preference for call center experience
• B2 level proficiency in English and Mandarin
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach
• Ability to handle inquiries professionally and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Experience in the food ordering or e-commerce industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office
• Typing speed of at least 40wpm with 90% accuracy
