Join arenaflex's Virtual Team

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our 24/7 call center facility, working from the comfort of their own home. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for receiving and resolving customer inquiries, providing exceptional service, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Receive and respond to customer calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner

  • Categorize calls and resolve issues according to Standard Operating Procedures and contractual obligations
  • Maintain a general understanding of policies and procedures, and stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry developments
  • Utilize excellent interpersonal skills, including tact, patience, and courtesy, to build strong relationships with customers
  • Work effectively in a virtual team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • At least one year of prior experience in customer service, call center technology, or a related field
  • Proficient in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-keypad
  • Ability to type a minimum of 35 WPM, with a typing test administered during the interview process
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Reliable, high-speed internet connection with at least 50 mbps download speed (cable or fiber)
  • Quiet and distraction-free workspace at home
  • Smartphone with Android OS or iPhone for user authentication
  • Personal headset (optional)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a virtual or remote environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
