Key Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry & Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Accurately entering and updating data into internal systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Handling customer service inquiries via email, chat, or phone, providing timely and professional responses
- Processing orders, resolving customer issues, and providing status updates in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail, meeting daily and weekly productivity and accuracy goals

- Staying up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure seamless execution of tasks
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
