As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes, while also providing exceptional support to our Customer Service Representatives during high call volumes.

Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Entering work orders for dental and laboratory handpieces with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Reviewing work orders to verify customer warranty claims and ensuring that all necessary information is captured
  • Accurately entering data into corresponding fields within various software programs, including Microsoft Office
  • Completing warranty work for various vendors, tracking items to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Acting as a backup to our Customer Service Representatives by assisting with taking overflow telephone calls during high call volumes
  • Participating in special projects and performing other duties as required to support the success of our team

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a relevant position, such as data entry or customer service
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and other software applications
  • High School degree or equivalent required
  • Ability to read, understand, and perform standard procedures and work instructions
  • Basic math and logic skills required
  • Basic computer skills and software use, including email, document preparation, and spreadsheets

Nice-to-Haves

While not required, the following skills and qualifications would be a plus:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
