As a Support Associate, you'll be at the forefront of this movement, working closely with our vibrant community of veterinary professionals to provide top-notch support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Engage with our community of veterinary professionals through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos to provide an exceptional user experience

  • Collaborate with the Support Team to troubleshoot issues, resolve customer concerns, and evolve our platform to meet the needs of our users
  • Develop a deep understanding of our platform and its features to provide informed support and guidance to our users
  • Work cross-functionally with various teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the user experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices
  • Contribute to the growth and success of our community by providing proactive support and guidance to our users

Essential Qualifications:

* 1 year of relevant, customer-facing work experience in a fast-paced environment

  • 2-year Associate's Degree or 4-year College Degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service, business administration)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Experience in chat support or a similar customer-facing role is strongly preferred
  • Patience and compassion when handling difficult situations, with a strong ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Strong desire to learn and help our customers succeed, with a positive attitude and one-for-all team mentality

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a tech or start-up environment, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends

  • Knowledge of intercom and/or experience with other chat platforms
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
