As a key member of our customer service team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the success of our projects, including IVA, Prospective, and Risk. About the Role:

As a Seasonal Provider Services Representative, you'll be responsible for coordinating and collecting medical records from provider offices, medical groups, and other medical facilities and/or entities. You'll work closely with our teams to ensure seamless communication, problem resolution, and goal achievement in a dynamic and constantly changing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to provider offices and answer inbound calls to ensure timely and effective communication

  • Investigate, conduct research, and analyze customer data for outreach and problem resolution
  • Work day-to-day operations to ensure goals are met, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Provide problem resolution through effective communication (via phone and email)
  • Collaborate on projects of limited scope and complexity, following established procedures and receiving supervision as needed

Competencies, Knowledge, and Skills:

* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, meeting deadlines and achieving goals

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on empathy and understanding
  • Ability to develop, prioritize, and accomplish goals, working independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision
  • Effective listening and critical thinking skills, with a ability to analyze complex information
  • Effective problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on resolution

* Competitive hourly rate of $18.50
